East Little Havana

East Little Havana

Little Havana is known as an area across the Miami River in Downtown Miami.  JFI properties hosted breakfast introducing the how Miami 21 will affect local business, residents, and why it’s attractive to local developers.

I have to admit after listening to the the guest from Miami21 Zoning and Planning Department and a local tourist guide. I am very excited about it’s rezoning plan for the for East Little Havana, general map area highlighted above. The general consensus is that neighboring areas such The Roads, Design District and other surrounding  communities have been positively affected by the development of  Downtown Miami and Brickell, the the next area due is Little Havana. Think of it major players just invested in the Miami Marlins Stadium, and this is just the start.

In my eyes it would be a dream to have a mini like Coconut Grove with a some added Latin culture. Expect more news to come from East Little Havana.
