Brickell Avenue Area is mainly a condo community. The main stretch of Brickell Ave beginning on 5th Street until about 15th Street. As you head north on Brickell Ave the tone is set for what to expect with a landmark Icon Brickell followed by a mixture of office buildings and condos. This creates the ideal the attractiveness by professionals to live and to work in Brickell.  One of most fascinating comments that I don not get tired of hearing, is how amazing the cultural differences that make up Brickell.

Brickell Key is the home of the famous Mandarin Hotel, at least that is what most people recognize it for. From the minute I visited Claughton Island also know as Brickell Key many years ago I understood that I was town-like community within a large city. Mostly the reason is many of the residents are original owners from when Swire began to build. The island offers scaling floor plans from Pent Houses with 180 degree views of Miami Beach to Key Biscayne and single bedroom condo with direct water views.
