From the starting point of the need for a City to the creation of the connection between cultures, community, relationships. He began to understand the significance of what a City represents as a small child moving to the United States from Colombia, South America.

The entire process is built on many details whether large or small all the intricate systems need to work together. Ed began his career at the young age of nineteen. He created simple way of doing business. This drove him to open his own business called Simple Mortgage Company. Since opening at the age twenty-three his philosophy was to keep it simple.

With the continuing success in 2007 Ed emerged him self in Real Estate, with an objective of taking his philosophy to the next level. He is able to commit a higher level of service to his existing clients, family, friends and referral partners. This enables him to be set apart from most Realtors. This is where his strengths lie plus with a cutting edge technology and proprietary systems, plus internal forms create a powerful checks and balance system that has proven results time and time again.

Ed’s and Erika core is there family. As proud parents to their two daughters A.J. and Kristin, They enjoy spending time with each other. They attend Miami Dolphins and Miami Heat games.
